Participants are responsible for their accommodation and travel.
The information collected from you will be used by The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) for the purpose of processing the GAELDH 2024, providing subsequent services (including data matching and communication with applicants), promotion/publicity of GAELDH, as well as quality assurance/monitoring by internal and external bodies. Please note that providing the personal data stipulated in this form is voluntary. However, the provision of incomplete information may affect the processing of your application.
All responses will be kept confidential. Please refer to
EdUHK's Privacy Policy. The personal data collected may be transferred or shared with other department(s)/unit(s)/centre(s) of EdUHK but will not be transferred to outside parties. EdUHK fully supports and observes recognized standards protection in the security and confidentiality of personal data, as stipulated in the requirements of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
