Dr. So holds a BEng degree in Computer Engineering, an MPhil degree from the City University of Hong Kong, a PGDE(S) degree in IT from The Education University of Hong Kong, and a Ph.D. from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
As Associate Director, he is responsible for curriculum development in AI literacy and digital competency and fostering partnerships to enhance educational offerings.
Henry is the Programme Coordinator of PGDE(P)-IT & PGDE(S)-IT and the Minor Programme Coordinator of the Design of STEM Lessons. He has developed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in AI and Educational Technology programme and a Minor programme in Design of STEM Lessons.
Prior to his current position, he was an Assistant Professor and Associate Head of Administration at Tung Wah College from 2013 to 2015.
With over 10 years of project management experience, he is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and a corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).
